Overview  

The Linferion Foundation is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 2000. We
have been providing educational services for youth (families) for over 12 years. We
have helped thousands of low to moderate income youth (families) meet their
educational and lifelong goals via completion of our
learn-by-doing programs.
What We Do         

Our primary mission is to help low to moderate income youth (families), obtain
and/or maintain self-sufficiency through application of tools learned in our
educational programs & by providing a bridge of assistance when they need it most.

    Are you tired of being Bullied? Do you want to greatly improve your

    guaranteed to get any bullies attention and stop them in their tracks.

    we get you up to speed. Learn the basics of computer terminology,

  • Interviewing 101, May 17 - 18, 2013
    Do you want to land that next big job? Do you know the type of
    questions you'll be asked? Join us for an exciting weekend that will
    prepare you to succeed and change your life...   Private and small

  • New Business Start-up, May 24 - May 25, 2013
    Have you dreamed of owning your own business but didn't know where
    to start? Can you acquire sufficient funding to finance your business?
    Are you willing to dedicate long hours to research, build and market
    your own business? If you answered yes to all of the questions above,
    then this class is for you. Join us this March as we help you complete
    all required documentation to start your own business in Ohio. Private

  • Youth Art Enrichment & Appreciation, May 31 - June 15, 2013.
    This program was developed with "the artist in all of us" in mind. It
    enhances current drawing abilities with the introduction of new tools
    and techniques. It also takes participants on a trip through time, of
    famous artists like Van Gogh and Da Vinci. The program culminates
    with a cultural tribute and trip. Take the journey with us. Click here to

  • Youth Leadership, June 1 - July 13, 2013.
    This program is designed to develop and improve public speaking &
    leadership skills in youth. Upon completion of the exciting eight week
    program, participants will be able to prepare & present speeches,
    conduct meetings, listen effectively and positively evaluate what they've

  • S. M.A.L.L. Program, June  10 - July 19 & July 22 - Aug 23, 2013
    S.M.A.L.L. is an exciting activity based Math & Science Program
    designed to keep youth "in school mode" throughout the summer
    months. Nutritious lunches are also provided at no cost. S.M.A.L.L.
    operates weekdays 11:30a -  1:00p. Online Registration required

  • Goal Setting & Success Planning, July 19 - 21 &  26 - 27, 2013.
    Are you tired of your plans failing and want a change? Are you willing to
    follow a proven step-by-step process, that ensures success? Join us,
    as we teach you not Only the elements of success planning and how to
    plan for success but we'll also give you multiple opportunities to
    practice your newly acquired skills in class.  Enrollment begins June
    19, 2013
  • Fun with Fitness, July 22 - Aug - 23, 2013
    We are currently enrolling youth who want to become fitter, make
    healthier decisions and have fun. Join us Monday , Wednesday and
    Friday at Planet Fitness Richmond Heights, OH from 10a - 11a.

  • Credit Counseling,  July 29, 2013 - Aug 2, 2013
    I'm sure you've all heard the saying "Knowledge is power". We'll it true.
    The more knowledge you have about a topic, the more your advantage.
    Join us July 29 as we increase your knowledge of credit, give you tips
    on how to manage existing credit and improve your credit score.

  • Veteran Education
    Learn what benefits are available and how the seamlessly apply for
    them Independantly, Collectively or Counselor assisted.
  • SSI/SSDI  
    Shorten the time it takes to apply for and acquire benefits. Learn
    some of the pertinent in's/out's of SSI/SSDI processing and apply for
    benefits.
  • Homeless Services
    We have partnered with one of the largest real estate owners in
    Northeast Ohio to address Veteran and Overall Homelessness. With
    our combined resources, homelessness doesn't have a chance.
  • Alcohol Drug Counseling
    Expand your knowledge of Chemical dependency. Learn how to
    identify the signs of those in need, ask our expert questions in a
    supportive environment and get help.
