The Linferion Foundation is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, founded in 2000. We
have been providing educational services for youth (families) for over 13 years. We
have helped thousands of low to moderate income youth (families) meet their
educational and lifelong goals via completion of our learn-by-doing programs.

but we'll also give you multiple opportunities to practice your newly

- Financial Literacy, Oct 14 - Oct 25, 2013
In today's economy financial literacy is essential. Join us M/W/F
starting Oct 14 as we journey through earning money, budgeting,
checking & savings accounts, credit card basics & management and
other financial tools. Special focus will be given to budgeting and
personal finance. Also learn how to make your money work for you,
while avoiding pitfalls.
- Youth Leadership, Sept 19 - Nov 7, 2013.
Do you have dreams of being a successful leader? Do you want to
learn how to get others to follow you? Join us Thursday's (Th) as your
questions are answered. The Youth Leadership Program is designed
to develop and improve public speaking & leadership skills in youth.
Upon completion of the exciting eight week program, participants will
be able to prepare & present speeches, conduct meetings, listen
effectively, positively evaluate what they've heard and persuade others

Do you uncomfortable when trying to use computers? Has technology
passed you by? Do you want to catch up? Join us F/S/S, as we get you
up to speed. Learn the basics of computer terminology, types,
hardware and software.

Are you tired of being Bullied? Do you want to greatly improve your
chances of stopping the bullying? Join us T/Th, as we teach you
techniques guaranteed to get any bullies attention and stop them in

This program was developed with "the artist in all of us" in mind. Join
us M/W as your current drawing abilities are enhanced, with the
introduction of new tools and techniques. Participants will also be
taken on a trip through the time of many famous artists like Van Gogh
and Da Vinci. The program culminates with a cultural tribute and trip.
